BENJAMIN VAN GIFFEN SHORT BIO

Benjamin van Giffen is assistant professor of information management and the head of the management of the Artificial Intelligence Research Lab at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. His research focuses on the organizational adoption of artificial intelligence, the responsible and value-oriented design and management of AI, digital platforms and ecosystems, and how to leverage design thinking for artificial intelligence. He regularly collaborates with leading firms in Europe and the U.S. and is a trusted advisor to board members, CIOs and senior executives in developing AI strategies and governance structures that focus on customer and business value.
